Убытки, предусмотренные договором о морской перевозке груза (contract of affreightment). Выплачиваются фрахтователем владельцу судна за задержку транспортного средства сверх времени, предусмотренного контрактом. Плата за простой, оговоренная в контракте, определяется в расчете на один час или день задержки судна.
